La Chèvrerie is a hamlet situated in the commune of Bellevaux in the département of Haute-Savoie. In the Middle Ages, the site hosted an abbey placed under the Carthusian order before their departure and the sale of property during the Revolution. Ruined, a first chapel dedicated to Saint André was rebuilt in 1865. During the 1970s, the beginnings of a ski resort were developed. Today, its ski area is linked with that of La Grande Terche (Saint-Jean-d'Aulps), thus forming the Roc d'Enfer circuit.
